Understand Before commencing any financing, Sencap gains an intimate understanding of all aspects of project development, including scope, contractual structure, development team members, construction risks, budget and pro-forma, schedules, and sponsor requirements.
Advise Sencap uses its cross-disciplinary approach to structure and propose the optimal financing solution available which addresses the project’s and sponsor’s needs.
Inform Sencap completes a comprehensive market sounding, seeking feedback from all suitable funders. Sencap provides this information to the sponsor in order to collectively select the preferred project funders.
negotiate In concert with the sponsor, Sencap reviews and negotiates all legal and financing documentation with the funders.
fund Sencap prepares a comprehensive lender due diligence package for the funders, obtains formal commitments, and is ultimately responsible for all aspects of financial close.
administer Following financial close, Sencap is able to oversee all aspects of investment administration, including collateral, payment, and administrative agent services for the life of the investment.
